Grace Health is aware of the recent news that local hospitals are terminating their contract with Meridian, a Medicaid Managed Care Insurance Plan as of 1/1/2024. Grace Health Administration is working on behalf of our Meridian patients to problem-solve with both the State of Michigan and Meridian to lessen the impact to our patients.
