Family Practice at Grace Health provides your family with complete medical care for every member of your family from infants to the oldest family members by board-certified family practitioners, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses. We offer a full range of services from physical examinations and annual checkups to managing chronic medical conditions, acute medical care and family planning. We focus on all of your health concerns and will coordinate care with specialists when necessary.

Walk-In Hours are for acute needs, such as, colds, sore throat, cough, earaches, eye irritation, minor cuts, sprains and strains, sinus problems, rashes, dental pain, insect bites, bee stings, animal bites, urinary tract infections, minor burns, stomach flu.
