Chief Medical Officer

Grace Health, an exceptional ambulatory care, federally qualified health center (FQHC) is currently seeking a full-time Chief Medical Officer to support our mission of providing patient-centered healthcare with excellence in quality, service and access.

The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the executive management team, medical case management for patients and maintaining standards of care.  Participates in the development and administration of policies, as well as strategic planning.

Qualifications:
