Chronic Pain PATH Workshop
This workshop provides information plus teaches practical skills on how to manage chronic pain. You will be learn skills to coordinate all of the elements needed to manage your health and keep you active. There will be a total of six, 2-1/2 hour workshops. Each workshop will be facilitated by two, certified leaders from Integrated Health Partners. A light snack will be provided midway through the workshop. Family members and caregivers are welcome to join. You do not need to be a Grace Health patient to attend the workshop.
