At Grace Health, we are proud to offer an empowering prenatal program called CenteringPregnancy®. In CenteringPregnancy®, about 10 women with similar due dates come together to connect, support one another, and have meaningful conversations with the Grace Health OB/GYN team.

How Does CenteringPregnancy® Work?
Once you reach 12 weeks of pregnancy, you can sign up and join your first group visit. Each group includes about 10 expectant moms with similar due dates, plus one support person of your choice.
Sessions last about 2 hours and include:
- An individual health check-up
- Group discussions on pregnancy, birth, and infant care
Groups meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with two session times available: 9:30–11:00 a.m. or 1:30–3:00 p.m. All sessions take place at Grace Health, in the lower level of our East Building.
