At Grace Health, we are proud to offer prenatal care through the CenteringPregnancy® model.

Instead of traditional one-on-one visits, CenteringPregnancy® brings together 10 women with similar due dates to receive their prenatal care in a group setting. You will connect with others, share experiences, and have meaningful conversations with your Grace Health OB/GYN team – all while receiving the same high-quality medical care you expect.

How Does CenteringPregnancy® Work?

Once you reach 12 weeks of pregnancy, you can sign up and join your first group visit. Each group includes about 10 expectant moms with similar due dates, plus one support person of your choice.

Sessions last about 2 hours and include:

  • An individual health check-up
  • Group discussions on pregnancy, birth, and infant care

Groups meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with two session times available: 9:30–11:00 a.m. or 1:30–3:00 p.m. All sessions take place at Grace Health, in the lower level of our East Building.
