Our patient portal is an easy and convenient way to get in touch with your health care and dental providers. Using the patient portal may work better for you than a phone call because you and your health care/dental provider do not need to be available at the same time. Many medical and dental providers find it works very well for asking and answering questions.
You are able to pay your bills online through the patient portal.
We will treat the information on your Grace Health Patient Portal the same as we treat information in your confidential medical and dental health records.
Using the patient portal you are able to:
- View and pay statements online
- Request medication refill(s)
- Request appointments
- View your health record
Please DO NOT use the patient portal for:
- Questions that need to be answered the same day
- Diagnosis of medical/dental/mental health symptoms
Grace Health will make every effort to provide a timely response on every message sent through the patient portal. Please allow at least 2 business days for a response.
You must be 18 years or older to request a patient portal account through Grace Health.
To protect privacy dependents age 13 through age 17 will not be able to use the patient portal. When a dependent turns 13 they will automatically be removed from your patient portal.
After creating your account, please allow 1 business day for your enrollment to be accepted and data loaded into your account.
